Community-Based Behavioral Therapist 
 
Job Summary:
The Community Based Behavioral Therapist will implement specific scheduling and supports designed to work toward each childs or adults Individual Service Plan goals throughout the clients community. The CBBT will monitor clients programing, scheduling, and provide day-to-day supervision that is regulated in the clients ISP (Individual Service Plan). The CBBT worker is responsible for the clients daily safety, schedule, and progress. 

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, and or Bachelors Degree in one of the following: Special Education, Education, Speech, Physical Therapy, Art Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sociology, or related field.
  • Individual that can be self motivated, work together with clients and staff, show and express patience while working with clients, able to work independently in a efficient manner.

Environmental & Physical Demands:
  • Requires full range of body motion including but not always handling and lifting clients, manual and finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and physically able to manage clients of different weights and sizes. Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.

Certificates Preferred:
  • First Aid & CPR Certified
  • CPI Certified
  • Medical Administration Certificate

  • Proof of auto insurance
  • 5 points or less on driving record
  • BCI / FBI Background Check

Vocational Specialist
 
Job Summary:
  • Implement specific curricula designed to work towards each clients Individual Service Plan goals. (Lesson Plans, Curriculum, Person Centered Planning, Activities, etc.)
  • Deliver planned organized activities and routines to optimize daily treatment.
  • Protect clients from emotional and physical harm to themselves or others around them in there environment.
  • Teach and role model pro-social, mediation, and management skills through Vocab-Combo programming.
  • Understand and protect consumers private medical history, and current information in correlation to HIPPA'S rules and standards.
  • Assist consumers with activities of Vocational Programming, which can include but not limited to: Scheduling, Consumer Support/Enrichment, Meal Prep, Toileting, Goal Attainment, Supervising, and any other activity or support needed at the time and or duration of Vocational Program's.

Van Driver
 
Job Summary:
  • Transport clients safely to and from desitinations formulated in ISP on a daily basis
  • Forecast clients needs and proactively work to address them 
  • Complete daily transportation logs, and update them as needed
  • Keep clients safe and secure during transportation routes
  • Be capable of making quick and safe independent decisions
  • Communicate with Transportation Director, Client, Homecare staff and/or Guardian of any issues or changes with clients routes or needs
  • Identify any trends and patterns as neeeded and report them to Transportation Director
